Established in 1475 and renowned as the oldest brewery in Salzburg and the oldest wheat beer brewery in Austria, our restaurant stands at a site selected by Salzburg mayor Hans Elsenheimer for its pristine mountain spring water and cool winds. Throughout the centuries, our establishment has evolved while always maintaining the highest standards of quality.
